Sessions and Packages

Rachelsfusion will be expanding to offer online coaching sessions via email and video for 2013 and beyond.

Rachel Cantore is a nutrition and health coach, personal trainer and chef.

Rachel will meet with you on a regular basis (or one time event if desired) and work one on one with you. Sessions, take place via email, phone, or video/Skype conversations.

 

I highly recommend purchasing a package, because coaching and making a change for the long term takes time for it to become habit. Studies show that a single change can take up to 6 weeks to really stick, and ongoing follow through as well!  But, don’t let that stop you from beginning TODAY! The sooner we begin, the sooner you will get results.

In the beginning, we will be in closer and more regular contact and as things progress, sessions may be more spread out. This is why I stress to my clients that they must be patient with both themselves and their coach, and persistent and compliant with themselves. I will help you set realistic goals that you will be able to envision, and thereby reach them!
