Power shake

Due to requests here is what I’ve been having variations of for my first meal lately. I wont give numbers or specifics as it varies based on my tastebuds and personal dietary needs. If you want something tailored for you you may contact me personally. 🙂 Power shake: Cucumber Pea protein powder (the only kind my stomach can deal with) Canned lite coconut milk ice cubes Almond-coconut milk ice cubes Maca powder Coconut water powder Coconut milk powder Cocoa powder Greens powder, i have the chocolate flavor Flax or fiber blend (optional) Flavor extract of choice (options may include vanilla, almond, banana, ground cinnamon, etc) Ice cubes to desired consistency Almond-coconut milk to desired consistency Blend all together. I mix based on taste and my macro and calorie needs for myself.
