Up early this morning and prepared all my food for today before heading to the gym.
Including: turkey sausage artichoke and pesto toss, salmon dill salad, cabbage w horseradish, green beans in greek vinaigrette, grilled fish marinated in that greek vinaigrette. And had a power shake for breakfast! 🙂
Off to the gym. What are your plans for today?
