What moves me? What gives me a purpose and comes with passion?
Working out
Training people to workout and seeing them succeed
Eating delicious feel good foods
Teaching people how to cook
Coaching people to eat for their goals
Coaching gymnastics
Doing things upside down or on my hands, lol
Anything in a pool, water, beach
Dogs and pets
Striving to live the best I can, and working with others to do so too
Billiards, aka shooting pool
Great music
Warm weather and sunshine
Making an impact in others lives, be it my gymnasts, my clients, family or friends
Being an inspiration, without even knowing it πŸ™‚
