I have had some inquiries by aquaintences, friends, people who have searched my name as a coach and trainer asking how they should eat, workout, and what lifestyle changes they should make. Well, I would be happy to assist you in these areas. Whether you’re going into college, wanting to get into shape for summer, or would like to attain a goal physique you’ve imagined for years. So here is what I can offer you:

A semi personalized list of foods.
Tips and guidelines for building balanced meals and snacks.
Help with becoming more mindful and working with figuring out your personal needs and body’s responses to diet and training.
Training plan, tips, or program.
Accountability and motivation.
Cooking tips.
Dining out tips.
