What it is:At Rachel’s Fusion, there are various aspects to your health and fitness. There are the workouts and diet…and there’s also your mindset, behaviors, sleep; what you do the remaining part of your day outside of exercise and eating.
During this 10-week body and mind transformation program you will delve into your goals, mindset, and actions to determine, put into action, (then continue) to develop your goals and a fit and healthy lifestyle.
You will receive all the tools needed to create your best self and reach your goals via email and community interaction.

Who it’s for:
You’re looking to improve your physique, mindset, fitness, health, or lose some weight and, most importantly, keep it off by developing lifestyle habits and mindset changes.
You’re in overall good health and feel stuck reaching your goals, or want something besides the generic programs or quick fixes.
You’re committed, ready, and willing to make the time to put in the effort and work for the program.
You’ve tried various programs, diets, or workouts and is on your last straw.
You just want to lose that last bit of weight, look great, and keep it off for good.
You are able to set aside some time nearly each day to commit and complete the given work on time, accurately, and submit it by each due date.
Who it’s NOT for:
You have an untreated or uncontrolled serious medical consideration or illness.
You’re still thinking about changes, but not quite ready to make them. (Take the readiness for change questionnaire)
You want everything handed to you, cookie cutter plans and diets (this program takes just as much much effort done by YOU to determine what you need to do to create changes and maintain them).
You have a significant amount of weight to lose (over 70 pounds).
You do not have time to commit and complete given work by a deadline.
How and what you’ll get:
Materials will be given via email.
A private group Facebook page in which all members of the program will be able to communicate and motivate each other.
You will receive regular tasks, worksheets, behavior change work to complete and return by given dates.
The program is a compilation of Metabolic Effect protocols and science, Flexible Dieting, Rest Based living, and behavior change.
The combination of both predetermined materials and customized plans given to you throughout the 10 weeks.
Interaction and motivation through our private group Facebook page.
Accountability and expertise from Rachel via emails and the Facebook page.
3 days per week you will receive emails with check ins, tasks, or materials (Sunday’s, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s).
