What do you know about Health Coaching? I’m talking to both clients, friends, and those in the health and fitness industry? If I told you health or lifestyle/wellness coaching is just as important as just personal training or nutrition and nutrition coaching or fitness plans would you think twice about working with a coach to better yourself?

Here’s a bit of a forethought and info… Health coaching, amongst other coaching for wellness and lifestyle, IS the next big thing in terms of creating lasting health, fitness, and nutrition changes. Addressing more than just a workout or the food you eat, health coaching takes an even broader approach and works with clients in various areas including their mindset, goals, behavioral change, sleep, stress, time management, and activities of daily living including NEAT. 
More people need to be educated on what a health coach, wellness coach, or lifestyle coach does (there’s nutrition coaches too), and why these experts are just as important and well worth the price to pay as personal trainers and nutritionists. 
I am happy to offer health coaching as an adjunct to one’s personal training or fitness plans, or nutrition plans, and I’m veering towards having it be a mainstay (or part of what’s offered and fees) with programs and training I offer as well. 
I guarantee that if you begin taking a bigger approach to your health and your goals, you will find greater, and lasting change for the better!
