Is a set of actions and habits that you do regularly, eventually automatically, that directs you towards attaining then maintaining your fat loss. It’s more than weight loss, because you don’t want to lose ‘weight’ you want to lose fat and have a healthy body composition. It’s a fat Loss ‘Lifestyle’, because what you do to lose that fat will be very similar to what you do to maintain it too.
There are certain actions daily that permit a fat loss lifestyle. Some of these major actions are involved with:
– Carb intake
– Mindful, intuitive, and conscious eating
– Food timing
– How you manage your hunger, appetite, and cravings in response to your progress and energy
– What you do in your leisure time
– Your mindset
– Sleep and rest
– Stress and time management
– Type of exercise training
